Screen printing is a reliable and long standing process that involves creating a mask onto a silkscreen using a photo developing type operation. A screen is created for each color in a design, so a vibrant multicolor design may have a few screens or many. Since this setup is required for each color, a minimum quantity of 13 for doing a print run is required.
Screenprinting can be done on most any fabric and holds up very well. Plastisol ink is applied one color at a time then heat cured to the fabric.
Any quantity less than 13 should be done via our QUICK PRINT option. Setup charges are minimized for the QUICK PRINT option.
